I was looking for a honest and professional real estate agent that cared about me and who was sincerely in helping me find a home in Greensboro, N. C. My daughter told me about an agent she knew that met the qualifications that I was looking for. My daughter assured me that she was really good. O’Kelle was everything my daughter said and some more. This beautiful young agent did not waist no time contacting me. She got houses lined up for me every week until I found the one I wanted. These are the wonderful things this wonderful agent did for me. 1. She found me a contractor to work on the repairs the house needed. 2. She found a great mortgage lender for me. 3. She researched and saw that the City of Greensboro was offering grant money of $10,000. She contacted them and got that 10,000 dollars grant for me. 4. She got the home inspector for me. 5. You see buying a home for me was a lot of anxiety because it was my first home and no one to help me. She made the whole process easy and smooth for us despite multiple setbacks and disappointments (all of which were beyond our control). I appreciate the fact that she only showed me properties within my budget and the area we were looking. And she helped us set realistic expectations throughout the process. There were times when we would see homes within a day of being listed because she was on top of it and was flexible.
