O'kelle Samuel is a distinguished figure in the real estate industry, serving as a professional REALTOR®, Manager, and Owner of OCS Realty LLC with an unwavering dedication to sellers. Over her 17-year tenure in North Carolina, she has cultivated an intimate knowledge of residential and luxury properties in the Triangle and Triad regions, enabling her to guide sellers seamlessly through the selling process.
Her journey into real estate was sparked by personal experiences navigating homeownership and securing her first investment property in NC, which gave her a deep understanding of market trends and negotiation strategies from the seller's perspective. Hailing from The Commonwealth of Dominica, her family's background in investment and construction laid the foundation for her expertise in buying and selling homes.
O'kelle's academic background in Information Technology, Psychology, Project Management, and Marketing, combined with over 15 years of experience in Fortune 500 companies, has equipped her with superior communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills tailored to meet the needs of sellers.
